CELOTTI WORKFORCE is currently seeking an experienced Demolition Supervisor for works across major commercial, industrial and civil projects throughout Queensland. This role will see you working on tier one major rail corridor projects , supervising demolition crews, operators and subcontractors while ensuring all works are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with project requirements. About the role: Supervise daily demolition operations and site activities Lead crews, plant operators and subcontractors Ensure works are completed in line with SWMS, specifications and safety procedures Conduct pre-starts, toolbox talks and site inductions Monitor progress, productivity and site performance Coordinate plant, equipment and materials Maintain site documentation, permits, inspections and safety records Liaise with project managers, clients, engineers and relevant authorities Identify and manage site risks, hazards and environmental requirements Our Ideal Candidate: Previous experience supervising demolition projects Current Driver’s Licence White Card Strong knowledge of demolition methodologies, plant and equipment Ability to read and interpret plans and project documentation Strong leadership and communication skills Solid understanding of WHS legislation and risk management Highly desirable: Current Queensland Demolition Licence Asbestos Removal Supervisor Licence Class A and/or Class B Asbestos Removal experience High Risk Work Licences First Aid Certificate Large-scale commercial, industrial or civil demolition experience Environmental or hazardous materials management experience What’s on offer: $70 - $85 per hour, depending on experience and licences Temp to perm opportunities available Direct hire may be considered for the right candidate Major rail corridor project exposure Ongoing work across Queensland projects How to Apply: If you are ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role in Supervision , please click APPLY , or submit your resume to lorissa@celotti.com.au or contact CELOTTI WORKFORCE on 1300 235 688.
